Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert, personalized virtual consultations to parents and guardians on child development topics, covering cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth.
• Develop and curate engaging resources, guides, and workshops for online delivery to support parents and educators in understanding and promoting child development.
• Assess developmental progress and identify potential challenges, offering evidence-based strategies and interventions.
• Collaborate with early years educators and practitioners to enhance their understanding and application of child development principles within their settings.
• Stay current with research and best practices in child development, educational psychology, and early intervention.
• Maintain confidential and accurate records of consultations and client interactions.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Child Development, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Extensive experience working directly with children, parents, and/or early years professionals in a developmental or educational capacity.
• A comprehensive understanding of developmental theories, milestones, and age-appropriate learning strategies.
• Exceptional virtual communication, active listening, and empathetic counseling skills.
• Proficiency in using online platforms and technologies for remote client interaction and resource sharing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex developmental concepts into practical advice.
