Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging online resources, guides, and activities to support child development from birth to five years.
• Provide virtual consultations and support to parents and caregivers on various developmental milestones and challenges.
• Collaborate with early years educators to enhance their understanding and application of child development principles.
• Research and stay abreast of the latest developments in child psychology, pedagogy, and early years education.
• Create and maintain a database of resources and best practices for online distribution.
• Contribute to the development of the company's online platform and community engagement strategies.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working directly with young children or supporting their development.
• In-depth knowledge of developmental psychology, learning theories, and the EYFS framework .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms for remote collaboration.
