This role involves providing expert guidance and resources to support the developmental needs of children from birth to five years, working with parents and early years professionals. You will utilise your deep understanding of child psychology and pedagogy to create engaging online content and offer virtual consultations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging online resources, guides, and activities to support child development from birth to five years.
- Provide virtual consultations and support to parents and caregivers on various developmental milestones and challenges.
- Collaborate with early years educators to enhance their understanding and application of child development principles.
- Research and stay abreast of the latest developments in child psychology, pedagogy, and early years education.
- Create and maintain a database of resources and best practices for online distribution.
- Contribute to the development of the company's online platform and community engagement strategies.
Requirements
- A Master's degree or higher in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working directly with young children or supporting their development.
- In-depth knowledge of developmental psychology, learning theories, and the EYFS framework .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms for remote collaboration.
- A strong passion for supporting early childhood learning and well-being from a distance.
