About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote consultations with parents, nurseries, and childminders to assess needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop customised action plans and strategies for improving childcare quality, safety, and educational outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on Ofsted registration, inspections, and regulatory compliance for childcare settings.
• Create and deliver online training materials and workshops for childcare professionals.
• Stay abreast of current trends, research, and legislation impacting the early years sector.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience in childcare management or early years education, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., EYFS, Ofsted).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in conducting remote meetings and delivering online presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• A self-starter with exceptional time management and organisational abilities, capable of working independently.
• Relevant degree or qualification in Early Childhood Studies, Education, or a related field.
