About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Childcare Coordinator to manage and support childcare services from a distance. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate childcare arrangements and schedules for families, ensuring optimal placement and support.

- Maintain accurate records of childcare arrangements, attendance, and service delivery feedback.
- Develop and implement remote support strategies to enhance the childcare experience for all stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with service standards and policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare coordination , administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, essential for a remote role.
- Strong proficiency with communication and collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, project management software).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a virtual setting.
- A background in childcare or early years education is highly advantageous.
