About the Role

Our client is looking for an organized and empathetic Remote Childcare Coordinator to manage and oversee childcare operations from a distance, based in or near Birmingham . This role involves coordinating schedules, communicating with families and childcare providers, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of childcare services through digital platforms. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of care and communication, supporting families and providers effectively, all within a flexible, remote work setup, contributing to a modern, adaptable childcare service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate childcare placements and schedules for families, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Act as a primary point of contact for families, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding childcare services via phone, email, and video calls.
• Manage administrative duties including record-keeping, billing, and database maintenance for all enrolled children and staff.
• Liaise with and support childcare providers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and quality standards.
• Develop and implement remote communication strategies to foster strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Requirements
