About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Remote Childcare Coordinator to manage and enhance their online childcare support services for families based in and around Glasgow . This role is crucial in ensuring seamless delivery of virtual childcare solutions, including scheduling online activities, managing communication platforms, and supporting both families and remote educators. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness, and contributing to the development of efficient operational processes within a fully remote team structure, making childcare more accessible and flexible for working parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule online childcare sessions and activities for children of various ages.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for families utilizing the remote childcare services.
