Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote support and guidance to a caseload of registered childminders via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Assist childminders in understanding and adhering to regulatory frameworks, including safeguarding and the EYFS principles.
• Organise and deliver online training sessions and workshops for childminders on various childcare topics.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and compliance issues for each childminder.
• Identify training needs and recommend appropriate resources and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential.
• Significant experience working directly with children or in a childminder support role.
• Thorough understanding of UK childcare regulations, particularly the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent remote communication skills, with proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
