Remote Civil Engineer - Site Infrastructure Planning

You will be instrumental in planning and designing the essential infrastructure for new developments, including roads, utilities, drainage, and site layout. Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive site infrastructure plans, including road networks, parking areas, and service routes.
• Design drainage systems, foul and surface water management strategies, and utility connections.
• Coordinate with external agencies for approvals and statutory undertaker requirements.
• Prepare reports, drawings, and specifications for planning applications and construction.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for potential development opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with remote architectural, environmental, and project management teams.

Requirements

• BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in site infrastructure design and planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ideally experience with BIM.
• Strong understanding of UK planning regulations and building standards.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliverables independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
