Key Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of motor insurance claims, from FNOL (First Notification of Loss) through to settlement.
• Conduct detailed investigations into the circumstances of accidents and assess the extent of vehicle damage and liability.
• Communicate with policyholders, repairers, engineers, and legal representatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all claim details and decisions within the claims management system.
• Negotiate fair settlements with claimants and third parties, adhering to policy terms and company guidelines.
• Identify fraudulent claims and escalate as appropriate.
