About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive Remote Cleaning & Hygiene Specialist to join their innovative team, focusing on developing and implementing best practices for hygiene standards across distributed operations. In this unique role, you will leverage technology and communication to advise on and monitor cleaning protocols without being physically present on-site. You will play a key part in ensuring our client's various locations maintain impeccable hygiene standards, contributing to the health and safety of all individuals involved. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of cleaning science, all managed from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update comprehensive cleaning and sanitation protocols for various facility types.
- Conduct virtual inspections and audits using provided technology and reporting tools.
- Provide remote training and guidance to on-site cleaning teams on best practices and new procedures.
- Analyze cleaning performance data and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations, and products in cleaning and hygiene management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning management, facilities hygiene, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide others remotely.
- Proficiency with digital tools for reporting, communication, and data analysis.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
