About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Cleaning Compliance Manager to oversee and standardize cleaning protocols across their dispersed operations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage and audit cleaning standards from anywhere within the UK. You will be instrumental in ensuring all sites adhere to stringent hygiene regulations and company policies, developing best practices, and conducting virtual assessments. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our client's reputation for excellence and safety in sanitation, contributing to a consistent and high-quality service delivery across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures for all company sites.
- Conduct regular virtual audits and assessments of cleaning standards, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to on-site teams and management regarding compliance and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest cleaning technologies , hygiene standards, and relevant legislation.
- Manage supplier relationships for cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Analyze compliance data and generate reports for senior management, highlighting key findings and action plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role focused on cleaning operations , facilities management, or compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental regulations related to cleaning and sanitation.
- Excellent remote communication and virtual collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs effectively.
- Experience with auditing and quality assurance processes.
