About the Role

Our client seeks an experienced and proactive Remote Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their cleaning services nationwide. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage cleaning operations and teams from the comfort of your home office. You will be responsible for setting operational standards, managing performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across diverse client sites. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of cleaning best practices, and the ability to drive efficiency and client satisfaction through remote management techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce standardized cleaning protocols and procedures across all managed sites.
• Manage, train, and motivate a distributed team of cleaning staff and supervisors remotely.
• Monitor cleaning quality through remote audits, client feedback, and performance metrics.
• Optimize resource allocation, including scheduling, staffing, and supply management, to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Implement and promote health, safety, and environmental compliance across all cleaning operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning operations management or a related supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and operations remotely.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques , sanitation standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software for scheduling, performance tracking, and communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective for remote interaction.
