Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee cleaning operations across their diverse portfolio of properties. This fully remote position requires a leader who can ensure consistent, high-quality cleaning services while managing teams and contractors from a distance. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing operational strategies, setting standards, and driving efficiency through effective remote management. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in facilities or cleaning operations management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning strategies and operational plans for all managed sites.
- Lead, manage, and motivate remote cleaning teams and third-party service providers to achieve performance targets.
- Establish and enforce stringent cleaning standards, quality control measures, and health & safety protocols.
- Monitor operational budgets, manage resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Utilize technology and communication platforms to effectively oversee remote operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in cleaning operations management, facilities management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning best practices, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
