About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Cleaning Operations Manager to lead their cleaning and sanitation strategy from anywhere. This critical role involves the remote oversight and management of cleaning operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards across all company sites. You will be responsible for developing policies, managing budgets, training teams virtually, and implementing innovative solutions to maintain optimal hygiene. This position offers the flexibility of full-time remote work combined with the challenge of managing complex operational logistics from a distance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for cleaning operations and hygiene management remotely.
- Oversee and manage budgets for cleaning supplies, equipment, and personnel across multiple locations.
- Implement and enforce company-wide cleaning standards, health, and safety regulations.
- Conduct virtual performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to site-based cleaning supervisors.
- Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Significant experience in facilities management, cleaning operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and budgets, preferably with remote oversight.
- Strong understanding of sanitation best practices, health regulations, and risk management.
