Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training materials and best practice guidelines to cleaning staff remotely.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and provide coaching to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance , quality control, or a similar role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methodologies, sanitation standards , and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and quality management software.
