Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive cleaning and sanitation protocols for all assigned areas.
• Conduct regular virtual inspections and quality checks of cleaning performance, providing constructive feedback to cleaning staff.
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for all sites.
• Train and onboard new cleaning staff remotely, ensuring they understand and adhere to company standards and safety procedures.
• Address client inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Supervise and support a geographically dispersed team of cleaning professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning management or a related supervisory role.
• Excellent understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation best practices .
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication and management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, preferably in a remote setting.
• Certification in cleaning or hygiene management is advantageous.
