About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and analytical Remote Cleaning Standards Auditor to join their operations team. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the consistent application of cleaning and hygiene standards across various client sites through remote observation and data analysis. You will develop audit protocols, review reports submitted by on-site staff, and provide actionable feedback to improve service delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and a strong ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, contributing to the overall excellence of our cleaning services nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine remote audit checklists and procedures for cleaning services.
• Analyze photographic evidence, video submissions, and detailed reports from on-site cleaning teams.
• Conduct virtual inspections and assessments of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and detailed reports to cleaning teams and management on areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, and client-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all audit activities and findings in the company's database.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning management , quality assurance, or auditing roles.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting, data analysis, and remote communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
