About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Remote Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for their facilities, based remotely with support for the Oxford area. This role focuses on managing cleaning schedules, ensuring quality standards are met across all sites, and providing remote support and guidance to cleaning staff. You will play a crucial role in maintaining hygiene protocols and operational efficiency without being physically present on-site daily. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced supervisor who excels in remote management and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed cleaning schedules and work assignments for cleaning teams.
- Conduct remote quality checks and audits via virtual communication and reporting.
- Provide clear instructions, training, and ongoing support to cleaning staff remotely.
- Monitor supply levels and coordinate orders and deliveries to various sites.
- Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or client feedback escalated from sites.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all managed locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning supervision or facilities management, with a focus on remote oversight.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple sites.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with virtual team management.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
- Ability to understand and enforce cleaning standards and health & safety protocols remotely.
