Remote Client Services Specialist - Campaign Support

Charity Link is seeking a highly organised Client Services Assistant to support our Client Services Executives and Account Managers. The role is full time, with a 9am–5pm schedule, remote with one day in the office, and reports to the Head of Client Services.

You will manage campaign admin tasks, ensure timely amendments to clients, perform quality control calls, and assist with donor reporting and mailings. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.
