Remote Client Success Manager - Beauty Tech

About the Role

Our client, a leader in beauty technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Remote Client Success Manager to support their expanding client base. While based operationally to support clients across the UK, this role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our client's innovative software and services, fostering strong relationships, and driving customer retention and satisfaction. This is a crucial role for a client-focused professional with an interest in the intersection of technology and the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, guiding them through the setup and implementation of the beauty tech platform.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand client needs and identify opportunities for growth.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, collaborating with technical support teams when necessary.
• Educate clients on new features, best practices, and strategies to optimize their use of the platform.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and development teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Client Success , Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Experience within the beauty or wellness industry is highly advantageous.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
