Remote ClimateTech Customer Success Champion

Advanced Infrastructure is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to bridge users and our LAEP+ platform, delivering onboarding, training, and proactive engagement to maximise value for customers.

You will provide first and second line support, drive user adoption, collect feedback, and help clients achieve their net-zero targets through our solutions. This remote-first role includes monthly London office sessions and occasional client travel.
