Remote Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing – UK Hotels

RBH is seeking a Cluster Director of Sales to lead proactive sales across nine UK hotels, including Liverpool, Manchester, Blackpool, Harrogate and Devon. This remote-based role travels regularly to manage client relationships and maximise commercial performance.

You will develop strategic account plans with hotel leadership and central RBH teams, drive pipeline growth, and represent RBH at industry events.
