Remote Cluster Revenue Manager – Resorts

BGAM Hospitality is seeking a commercially minded Cluster Revenue Manager – Resorts to lead revenue strategy across a portfolio of multi-dimensional resort hotels. This role is remote/hybrid within the UK, with travel as required, and involves managing all revenue streams beyond rooms.

You will collaborate with General Managers and the Group Director of Revenue to optimise RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total revenue flow-through through integrated pricing, distribution, and channel management.
