About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Commercial Property Surveyor to join their expanding team, servicing clients across the UK. This role is critical in providing expert advice on the condition, value, and suitability of commercial properties. Working entirely remotely, you will conduct thorough site inspections (requiring travel to Coventry and surrounding areas as needed), prepare comprehensive survey reports, and advise clients on acquisition, disposal, or management strategies. The position demands a high level of autonomy, excellent report-writing skills, and a robust understanding of commercial property valuation and building surveying principles. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed on-site surveys of commercial properties, assessing structural integrity, compliance, and potential risks.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive property survey reports , including valuations, condition assessments, and recommendations.
• Advise clients on property investment opportunities, potential acquisitions, and disposal strategies.
• Ensure all surveys and reports comply with RICS standards and other relevant professional guidelines.
• Manage a caseload of surveying projects, coordinating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of market trends, legislative changes, and best practices in commercial property surveying.

Requirements

• Qualified MRICS or FRICS surveyor with a strong background in commercial property.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial property surveying and valuation.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough and insightful property inspections.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for producing clear, concise reports.
• Proficiency with industry-standard surveying tools and software.
• Ability to travel independently to sites across the specified region, including Coventry .
