About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Remote Community Engagement Manager to build and nurture our online community, working entirely from home. You will be responsible for developing strategies to foster interaction, drive participation, and create a positive and supportive environment for our diverse user base. This role requires exceptional digital communication skills, a passion for community building, and the ability to manage initiatives remotely, connecting with members across various platforms and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for online community growth, engagement, and retention.
• Moderate online forums, social media groups, and other community channels to ensure a positive and safe environment.
• Organise and manage online events, webinars, and interactive sessions to foster member connection.
• Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams, relaying feedback and insights.
• Monitor community health metrics, analyse data, and report on key performance indicators to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related field, preferably in a remote setting.
