About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Remote Compliance and Hygiene Auditor to join their globally distributed team. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring that client operations adhere to stringent hygiene standards and regulatory requirements. Utilizing digital tools and platforms, you will conduct virtual audits, analyze data, and provide expert recommendations to improve compliance and operational safety. This role requires a strong understanding of sanitation best practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, all within a flexible, remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual audits of client facilities and operations to assess compliance with hygiene standards and regulatory mandates.
• Review operational procedures, documentation, and training materials for adherence to best practices.
• Analyze audit findings and compile comprehensive reports detailing compliance levels, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and recommend corrective action plans and best practice guidelines for clients.
• Provide remote consultation and support to clients on implementing and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Stay updated on evolving industry regulations, standards, and emerging trends in hygiene and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal quality assurance teams to refine audit protocols and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, Food Safety, or a related field.
• Proven experience in auditing, compliance, quality assurance, or a similar role, preferably in a remote capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation protocols, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and professional audit reports.
• Proficiency in using digital audit tools, video conferencing, and data analysis software.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
