About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for various construction projects .
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other bid documents.
• Calculate material, labour, and equipment costs, and subcontractor bids.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential cost overruns.
• Maintain and update a database of historical cost information.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients remotely to refine estimates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and estimating software .
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
