About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Analyze project requirements and create detailed construction phasing and logistics plans.
• Identify critical path activities and potential project delays, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with site teams to gather progress updates and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
• Prepare reports on schedule performance, resource allocation, and key milestones for project management.
• Contribute to tender planning and bid preparation by developing preliminary construction programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or Project Scheduler, ideally within a remote environment.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly across distributed teams.
