Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed construction project schedules using planning software.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to define project scope and milestones.
• Identify critical path activities, potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and report on performance.
• Resource planning and forecasting to ensure adequate allocation of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct site visits or virtual tours to gather information and assess progress as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or Scheduler.
• Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or ASTA Powerproject.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and UK construction timelines .
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
