About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Remote Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of construction projects from a home-based office. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication, all conducted through digital platforms. This is a pivotal role for an individual who can demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion in a fully remote setting. You will be integral to delivering high-quality construction outcomes for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative remote work environment.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Construction Project Manager .
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, particularly for remote teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
