Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules and phasing plans for diverse construction projects, from initial concept to completion.
• Utilize planning software to create critical path analysis, resource loading, and cost loading schedules.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and conflicts, and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to gather information and ensure plan feasibility.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, schedule updates, and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Review and analyze project changes, assessing their impact on the overall schedule and budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Planner or Scheduler, preferably within a remote setting.
• Proficiency with advanced scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Asta Powerproject.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and project lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
