Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, logic-driven project schedules using industry-standard software.

• Track progress against baseline schedules and implement necessary adjustments and re-forecasting.
• Prepare regular schedule reports and presentations for project stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all scheduling activities comply with project requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in construction scheduling and planning on medium to large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequences, durations, and resource allocation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
