Remote Contact Centre Operations Lead

Swoop Recruitment seeks a Contact Centre Operations Manager to lead its inbound customer contact operation, including telephone and live chat. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership of performance, service levels and a strong focus on customer journeys.

You will coach and develop around 30 contact centre professionals, shape culture, and collaborate with the COO to evolve the operation and strategy for a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
