About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence from anywhere in the UK. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, assessment, and prioritisation of continuous improvement opportunities across the organisation.
• Design and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Develop and deliver training materials to promote a culture of continuous improvement among staff.
• Collect and analyse data to measure the impact of implemented improvements and identify further opportunities.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on improvement initiatives and their outcomes for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in continuous improvement or process engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in applying Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to drive change.
• Excellent virtual collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working independently.
• Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software.
