Remote Council Tax & Debt Recovery Officer

Schools’ Choice is seeking an Income & Recovery Officer for a 3-month contract to support a Local Authority in collecting Council Tax, Business Rates, and related debts. The role is remote with first-day induction on-site, paying £14.59 PAYE or £18.51 Umbrella per hour.

You will manage caseloads, negotiate repayment plans, handle inquiries, and liaise with courts and external bodies while ensuring compliance with legislation.
