Releaf Dispensary Ltd is seeking a data-driven CRM & Lifecycle Lead to own patient communications end-to-end. This remote-first role involves rewriting content across email and SMS, migrating platforms, and managing the patient lifecycle from onboarding to retention.

You will work with Growth, Patient Support and Clinical teams, test and measure campaigns in Klaviyo and SMS, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 3+ years in CRM required.
