Remote Customer Care Associate — Flexible Hours & Bonuses

ihateironing is looking for Customer Care Associates to join our fast-growing team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service as we pick up and return cleaned laundry to customers, with a three-week training in London including travel and accommodation.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, are detail-oriented, reliable and team-spirited. Hours include Monday to Friday 5:00pm–1:00am and Saturday shifts with a day off in the week.
