Focus Group invites applications for a Customer Infrastructure Specialist to join our UK team. The role ensures the stability, security and resilience of our customers’ IT environments, monitoring alerts across platforms such as Datto RMM, Acronis, Veeam and SonicWall NSM.

Based remotely with optional hubs in Shoreham, Birmingham or Exeter, the Senior Associate will drive incident response, backups and patch management while delivering excellent customer service and clear technical communication
