Remote Customer Service Advisor – Auto & Insurance

FMG Repair Services is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a fully remote role in the UK. You will manage bookings for vehicle repairs, review insurance claims, and update customers throughout the process.

You’ll liaise with customers, body shops and third parties to ensure a smooth, positive experience and deliver first-class service. The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working remotely with IT systems.
