Remote Customer Success Manager - Crypto & Fintech Accounts

Notabene is seeking a Customer Success/Account Manager to own the post-sales journey across EMEA, managing onboarding, adoption, renewals and upsells. You will serve crypto/fintech customers, including exchanges and financial institutions, and coordinate with integration teams on APIs, testing, and data flows.

You will guide customers through Travel Rule programmes and stablecoin payment products, monitor usage and risk signals, and identify upsell opportunities.
