Remote Data Analyst - Workforce & Pay Forecasting

Harnham is seeking a Data Analyst for a remote role with one mandatory Leeds office day per month. You will shape workforce analytics, build complex Excel models, and forecast workforce and financial outcomes to support strategic decision-making.

You will analyse large datasets, develop cost modelling for pay proposals, and present insights to senior stakeholders. A STEM degree and strong communication skills are essential.
