Key Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor the real-time location and status of the delivery fleet using advanced tracking software.
• Analyze driver performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce transit times.
• Liaise with drivers and dispatch teams to resolve immediate operational challenges and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate digital records of fleet activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or a related field, preferably with exposure to fleet management.
