Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and route assignments for a fleet of drivers operating across Northern Ireland .
• Utilize fleet management software and telematics to monitor vehicle locations, performance, and driver activity in real-time.
• Provide remote support and guidance to drivers, addressing operational challenges and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs and servicing to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance history.
• Liaise with customer service and sales teams to resolve delivery-related inquiries and issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet management , logistics coordination, or a related transport operational role.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and communication tools (e.g., video conferencing, instant messaging).
• Strong understanding of UK road transport regulations and best practices for fleet operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Previous experience supporting operations in Northern Ireland or similar regions is advantageous.
