About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Remote Delivery Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize delivery routes and schedules from a remote location. You will be the central point of contact for drivers, dispatch, and customer service, ensuring the efficient flow of goods across various territories. This role demands excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in logistics software. You will play a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction without being physically present in a depot, contributing to a forward-thinking, digitally enabled logistics framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor driver progress and delivery status in real-time using tracking software.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce transit times.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide support, address issues, and relay updates.
• Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries.

Requirements
