Key Responsibilities
- Utilize remote diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex automotive electronic and software issues.
- Analyze vehicle data logs and performance metrics to identify software glitches, bugs, and hardware malfunctions.
- Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams to report findings and propose software patches or updates.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians regarding remote diagnostic procedures and findings.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician with a strong specialization in electronics and software diagnostics.
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic software and hardware, including CAN bus analysis and ECU programming concepts.
- Experience working with data logging and analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
