Key Responsibilities

• Remotely diagnose intricate vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic software and data analysis.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to on-site technicians through virtual communication channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician with a strong specialization in diagnostics.
• Proficiency with leading automotive diagnostic software and hardware platforms.
• Excellent understanding of vehicle electrical systems, engine management, and communication networks (CAN, LIN).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
