Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily dispatch schedules for a fleet of delivery vehicles.
• Effectively communicate with drivers to assign routes, provide updates, and address issues in real-time.
• Monitor vehicle locations and delivery progress using GPS tracking systems.
• Liaise with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and delivery exceptions.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, delivery times, and driver performance.
• Respond promptly to operational disruptions and implement contingency plans as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or a similar coordination role.
