Remote Dispatcher - Logistics Operations

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and responsive Remote Dispatcher to join their logistics operations team. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily delivery schedules for a fleet of vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to assign routes, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to operational issues, such as delays or vehicle breakdowns, and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and ensure all data is entered into the logistics system.

Requirements
