Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive drilling plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee the daily operations of drilling crews, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Manage drilling budgets, equipment, and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE ) regulations and company policies.
• Monitor drilling performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with onshore support teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in drilling operations , with a significant portion in management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex drilling projects in diverse geographical locations.
• Strong understanding of drilling technology, equipment, and associated risks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills .
• Proficiency in drilling software and data analysis tools, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
