About the Role
Our client is searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Driver Performance Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this home-based role, you will be instrumental in evaluating and improving driver efficiency, safety, and overall performance across the fleet. By analysing data from telematics, delivery logs, and other sources, you will provide actionable insights and recommendations to management and drivers. This position is critical for optimising operational effectiveness and ensuring our client maintains the highest standards of service. You will leverage your analytical skills to drive positive change within the logistics department, contributing to strategic decision-making from your remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to driver performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Develop performance metrics and dashboards to track key indicators.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in driver behaviour and route optimisation.
- Provide regular reports and presentations with actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies for performance analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis , performance tracking, or a related field within logistics or transportation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI software).
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote environment.
- Understanding of driver behaviour, safety protocols, and fleet operations is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
